Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By downloading, installing, or using UniSave ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VibeLab ("we," "us," or "our").

    2. Description of Service

    UniSave is a smart bookmark management application for iOS that allows users to save, organize, and discover web content. The App includes features such as:

    • Saving bookmarks from any app via the iOS Share Extension
    • Organizing bookmarks into collections with tags and favorites
    • Searching saved content by title, URL, tags, and notes
    • AI-powered enrichment including summaries, tags, and viewing suggestions (Pro feature)
    • Cloud sync across devices with offline support

    3. Account and Registration

    UniSave uses anonymous authentication to create your account automatically. You do not need to provide personal information such as an email address or password to use the App. Your account is tied to your device and Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

    4. User Content and Ownership

    You retain all ownership rights to the content you save through the App, including bookmarks, notes, and collections ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

    We do not claim ownership of any third-party content that you bookmark. The original content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.

    5. AI Enrichment Disclaimer

    The AI-generated summaries, tags, and recommendations provided by UniSave are created using automated machine learning models (Google Vertex AI). These outputs are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors. AI enrichment is intended to assist with content organization and should not be relied upon as authoritative or factual representations of the bookmarked content.

    6. Subscriptions and Payments

    UniSave offers a free tier with basic features and a Pro subscription with enhanced capabilities. Pro subscription details:

    • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2 and managed by your Apple ID
    • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
    • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
    • Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled
    • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

    Free tier limits: 30 AI enrichments per month, 5 per minute.

    Pro tier: Unlimited AI enrichments and priority processing.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use UniSave to:

    • Save, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
    • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service
    • Circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or security measures
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
    • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

    8. Intellectual Property

    The App, including its design, code, features, logo, and documentation, is owned by VibeLab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless expressly permitted.

    9. Service Availability and Modifications

    We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VibeLab SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

    Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

    13. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where practicable, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
