The agreement
By installing or using UniSave, you agree to these Terms with UniSave Labs. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Your account
You can start with an anonymous account. Account sync can use Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for protecting the account you use.
- Do not use someone else's Apple ID or Google account without explicit consent.
- Do not resell access, share Pro credentials in a way that defeats App Store family limits, or rebadge UniSave as your own service.
Acceptable use
UniSave is for personal and small-team productivity. You agree not to use the app to:
- Save or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Save content that infringes others' intellectual property without a fair-use basis.
- Reverse-engineer the app to build a competing service that uses our APIs or servers.
- Run automated agents that submit more than 10,000 saves per day from a single account.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you save. By using the app you grant UniSave a strictly limited license to store your library on your devices, sync it through the UniSave backend, and process page text through our AI provider when AI features are enabled.
That license ends when you delete your account, except for standard backup-rotation windows, typically up to 30 days.
Subscription & billing
UniSave Pro is sold via the App Store. Pricing is shown in your local currency before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests, renewal cancellation, and invoices are handled through Apple for the Apple ID that purchased Pro.
If pricing changes, notice and consent flows are handled through the App Store according to Apple's policies.
Availability
We aim for the app to work 99.5% of the month. We do not promise it. Sync depends on the UniSave backend and provider services, so outages can affect online features while local library access continues where possible.
Scheduled maintenance with downtime is announced at least 24 hours ahead at unisave.io/changelog.
Warranty & liability
UniSave is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Failed syncs, summarisation errors, missed tags, and recall miss-rankings can happen.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for Pro in the past 12 months or USD 50.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. Delete everything from Settings -> Account -> Delete everything to wipe local and UniSave backend records.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, most often a fair-use abuse pattern. We will give 14 days to cure where possible.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Việt Nam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation by email; if that fails after 60 days, they go to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
EU and UK users retain any non-waivable consumer protections of their local jurisdiction.
